Snubbers Anonymous.

Have you ever been totally snubbed by someone? We had not, until today. But apparently it happens in the world, and they call it giving someone the "cold" shoulder. Ya know what gets our goat? When someone accuses you of having a cold shoulder doesn't tell you to your face. Instead, they talk behind your back and make it an issue that nobody in their right mind would care about. That's how our(well mostly Mandy's) day started. Generally work is a safe place, we get along with our co-workers, joke, and even have fun. Today was NOT that day. I'll let Mandy take it from here...

Today we received a mass email to all employees here at said work place about individuals who are not being team players and are silently snubbing. Mark and I believe this to be counterproductive. The great thing about snubbing is the conflict is never acknowledged in the first place! The snubbing receiver could choose never to accept they have been victim to a negative social tension.  So what is the response of the general public when receiving such an email?!....SNUB! Snub anyone you believe to be the culprit. There you have it ladies and gentlemen, a workplace full of silent-uppity-better-than-everyone-super-snubbers.
